Roles and Responsibilities

Explore new Cloud Solutions with the team
Hands-on execution and System Design and Integration
Assisting our customer with their day-to-day Remote / Onsite service tasks
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
Analyse, mitigate and resolve technical issues
Participate as a team member in various projects
Learn the art of updating customers’ IT information
Build good relationships and trusts with customer via face-to-face or digital communications
Foresee betterment of customers workflow and raise sales opportunity for the team

Roles and Responsibilities

Explore new Cloud Solutions with the Business development/Sales team
Hands-on execution on AI and IOT related Coding or Programming like Node.js, Java, J2EE, groovy, python, Objective-C, ruby on rails
Development of AI, IOT Solutions for our customer across different sectors/industries
Involvement in development processes and architectures till final products/solutions
Involvement in pre-sales and post-sales technical support related to the IOT solutions
Analysis, investigation and resolution of technical issues
Participate as a team member when the team works on projects
Will learn how to build good relationships and trusts with customer via face-to-face or digital communications
